-Banqueting Services
Our staffs get to work long before the guests arrive. They set up tables and chairs, and lay out the
tablecloths and place settings. They may set up a beverage station or buffet. Once the guests
arrive, the banquet staff serves plates of food to guests, then they remove the plates, as the courses are finished.
2.Other services
The staff is expected to prepare and set up the seating for guests, prepare the food and drinks,
serve guests, clean up after guests, break down the room, and store things in the proper location
for the next service & so on.

standards. Hotel maintenance may include upkeep of refrigeration, elevators, cable TV, phone
